Contract Rental Conditions The house has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 5 people. There is a bathroom with large Italian shower, a big living room/dining room, with american kitchen. For the comfort and security of everyone, we ask you not smoke in the house. The house's kitchen is well equipped with a micro-wave oven, stove, a cloths washing machine, lots of utencils and electric appliances, as well as ecologic cleaning poducts, etc... The living room has a computer connected to DSL, a television and DVD player, we offer a list of films for 1€ rental. You can bring your own sheets, towels and dish rags or your can opt to rent ours for 10€ a single bed, 12€ a double per week. A house cleaning charge of 40€ is billed on departure unless you opt to do your own cleaning Bicycles can be rented for 4€ each per day.. Carole teaches a yoga class by reservation, she holds a teacher's degree from Integral Yoga Institute in New York. An hour and a half class for one person is 30€ and from 2 people on 40€. Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM. We are sorry, but we don't receive pets. We ask a 1/3 deposit of your stay upon reservation, and the balance due on arrival. Your deposit becomes non refundable three weeks before your stay. A damage deposit of 100€ is asked on your arrival and reimbursed on departure. A walk through is given on arrival and departure. Your will find a contract here, which we ask you to fill out and return by mail with your deposit check. The reservation will be held upon receipt of your check.
